4. WhatsApp Data

Dialzio integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). When you use WhatsApp features:

  • Message content is stored in our database to display conversation history within the CRM.
  • Phone numbers of your contacts are transmitted to Meta to deliver messages.
  • We do not share WhatsApp message content with any third party other than Meta.
  • You are responsible for obtaining consent from your contacts before messaging them via WhatsApp.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Meta Platforms: to send/receive WhatsApp messages via the Business API.
  • Telephony providers: to process calls (e.g. TeleCMI, Piopiy).
  • Infrastructure providers: cloud hosting and database services used to operate Dialzio.
  • Legal authorities: when required by law or court order.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Call recordings and message logs are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit, encrypted storage for credentials, and access controls to limit data access to authorised personnel only. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information.
